Return & Refund Policy

 

Welcome to The Ground Store!

The customer has seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date he/she received our products.

Criteria eligible for return and refund
  • Did not receive the order
  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity)
  • Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. different product)
  • Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

When The Ground Store received the item, we will inspect and notify the customer on the status of the refund.
The refund process may take up to 14 working days. When returning a product for a refund, the customer will be asked for his/her name, address and signature as authorization for the refund transaction into his/her bank account or credit card.

After seven (7) days from the item being delivered, any requests for a refund shall not be entertained.

Shipping for Return

If the returned item is due to mistake/mishandling by The Ground Store, we will be responsible for the shipping cost.
